Just ordered. Why Tax?

I just ordered this game and would like to know why I was charged tax?

Going through the order faq the only mention of tax is for orders shipped to California, Minnesota, Washington and Europe.
As I am in Australia this should not apply to me?

Edit- On closer examination of the invoice it seems that I have only been charged VAT(10%) on the shipping, this gets weirder and weirder.
