Odin, glad to hear that it is working now. But it is odd that pulling the B-24's out of the attack, improved the B-17 attack. Out of curiousity, try putting the b-24's back in with your next B-17 attack. If your results drop back down to very poor, we might have a problem.

I pulled all B24 away from PM to Lunga and send all B17 from Lunga to PM :)

Now PM is full of B17, Lunga is the B24-Island...i hope this will help.

I have Munda now, and i will try to take troops from Munda and send them to Vila, i hope iam faster then the japanese is!

I will start a new game for an experiment with B17/B24, but this last attack was clearly the first successful at this altitude.

Any tipps for getting the squadrons rested faster?
This will help me troughout the theather! :D

Hehe, the only tip I have on fatigue is to rest them on rainy and thunderstorm days. Although you may try smaller raids also. Only attack with three of four squadrons and rotate the off squadron. Sustained effort is important to prevent ground crews repairing airfield damage.

Enjoy the B-17's while you can. I think they are all replaced by Liberators as time goes by. And the Liberators don't compare to the B-17 in game terms.
