Getting bored with testing, time for a game

I am prepared to host a *fast turnaround* game. Need 6 other players and myself. Once the players are together there will be a 5 day diplomacy time followed by a 48 hour move limit and a 24 hour reminder period. Bids will be via EIAGAP but with a second post-bid diplomacy period before the game starts for pre-game declarations of war (so you don't have to enter the DoWs with your bid).

Players can be anywhere around the world, I don't care about time zones. It will be all over PBEM, not getting together on line to fast play turns.

Game version will be 1.02k to start but I expect everyone to keep up with the latest versions.

House rules: NO winter movement, NO channel crossing, NO pirates. GB and France start at war and surrender rules as per the original game (must be unconditional, must include Napoleon / 2 fleets and access, may never ally). Other than that I'm prepared to go with whatever other people want.
