memory crash!

I apologize for may bad english. I have a serious problem. Playing some scenarios I have suddenly a windows warning: "The istruction 0x00428145 has made reference to 0x00000000 - memory could not be read - autosave.hp4 - winharp32.exe". then the game stopped and closed. I can try to play again, or to play a new game of the same scenario, but few minuts and again the window warning, the same message, and the game stopped...
I have disinstalled and reloaded the game... too bad...
help me, please

Hi htullio,
     When you get one of those crashes, please send your saved game file (such as autosave.hp4) to HC3@harpgamer.com so that we can take a look at it.  Please also tell us which scenarios are having this problem, which side you are playing, and how far into them you are when the crashes occur. 
     We haven't been seeing such frequent crashes so I'm wondering if the problem isn't HC, but rather your computer.  What version of the game are you running, 2007.000 or 2008.024?

htullio, I tested both the savegames you sent to us at HC3, and using the patched 2008.024 version of the game, they work fine.
