R:E I hope you get the guist of what was meant in the action card. Have fun playing.

The Wehrmacht must be prepared to defeat Russia in rapid campaign (Fal Barbarossa),even before the war against England has been completed.

The Heer (Army) will use all the available units with the restriction of units securing occupied territories against any surprises.

1st Intention

The mass of Russian units in western Russia should be, through bold operations pushed forward by "Panzerwedges",denied the possiblity of retreating into the vast interior of the Russian country.

Do you have a pic of that action card. I'm not playing the Barbarossa campaign so I'm not really sure what you mean.

Rüstungserhöhung = armament production growth
möglich = possible
kostet = cost

I go to http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?fr=avbbf-us and copy-paste it in there and see what pops up. Not perfect but usually works good enough.
