Plan on purchasing CCMT (finally) - Buy printed manual?

My new computer/rig has finally arrived and I now plan to purcahse (via download) CCMT - I've played around over the past months with tweaking / creating new units / teams with the worksheet -

My question is, can I purchase the CCMT manual (a printed version) I know one must come within the DL - Is it a PDF? I'd rather not view it that way......nor am I sure I want to print the entire thing.....just curious if there is a purchasable version?

Or perhaps just printing it....is easier / cheaper...

The gama data page states download has PDF, physical has 72 page B&W printed manual.
 
You can purchase the download plus physical for the same price as physical alone. That way you download and play right away and get the CD and manual soon after.

I wouldn't bother with getting a printed version of manual.
It has only 85 pages, no fluff, only something on basic game mechanics & interface and some technical things.
Printing is definitely easier and if you played CC before pretty pointless.
Also, the CC Series are very easy to learn to play - basically playing through tutorials is enough.
