Allied

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

I'm nor sure what you mean.  Allied participation is already part of COG.

I'm very interested about this question.
I asked you about partecipation of allieds troops (or protectorate).
Appear they with own flag (Naples, Westfalia, etc) in the strategic map?
Appear they in the detailed battle like indipendent division/brigate with own flag?
Thank

Oh, I see what you mean.  I don't think COGEE will make any major changes to this, but the developers read this forum, so there's always a chance. I think in the strategic map there are more flags for independent countries, but, as I recall, a country's protectorates use the flag of the protector. Maybe somebody else's memory is a little better here.
