Looking good.

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Looking good.

I have just re-loaded my old BTR games after at least two years. I used to be a member of the old Jean Claude Lorusso forum and see that many of the "old guard" from that forum are over here, especially Hard Sarge, Harley, von Shagmeister and Werner (sorry if i have forgotten anyone, but it has been a long time).

WOW the new game is looking really good.

I guess you have been asked this many times, but where is JCL?

JC surfaced for what seemed to be just a couple of posts some time ago and then totally vanished. HARDSARGE may know more but the last I heard he was unable to contact him in order to release the latest JC OB for distribution to some new players of the old BtR

Thanks for that info pompack.

It's a real shame that JC is not around because he did a lot of work on the original BTR.

This may not be the right place to ask, but will the new game have an editor similar to the one that Harley made for the original game?

I do not know,
but we know that the usage of Harleys great tool was also very dangerous ( there are far mare factors to be considered than he first thought of )

I only used his editor for checking how the aircraft i was researching were progressing and sometimes to resurrect one of my "aces".

I recently upgraded and now have the dreaded vista on my system.

Is there anyway to get BTR to run on it?
After 22 years soldiering it is nice to be an arm chair warrior.
