disembarking in deep water

No. If you embark a unit and wait a turn, then the option to disembark will appear when you right-click it.

Call it a bug if you want to -- but for Chris'sake don't fix it. Two of my scenarios rely on this...'feature.'

Yoy can even disembark from ships and embark on helicopters on the same turn at sea, quite useful [;)]
