The Japanese Empire in mid February 1943 (outlined in red)! So far we had only to give up Johnston Island (after inflicting heavy losses within the enemy Navy). Outlined in yellow, the planned expansion in 43! We´re still in winter and as all Russia is cold zone, there are blizzards all the time at the moment. As soon as spring arrives, we will order nearly 20.000 assault points to attack. We expect to meet some 10.000 assault points but spread out over all those bases. All our troops are in position already, prepped for their target. When the weather changes, we will move in 400-500 bombers and at least 300 fighters. We will then destroy the enemy airforce and will give our opponent two weeks time to prepare for defense. Expect all bases to be level 9 forts, our main advantage will be the low supply levels Russia normally has. Why Russia gets so few supplies is a mystery for me. If we knock out Russia we will then leave some 4-5.000 assault points there as garisson but the rest will move out to strenghten the defenses on the continent against the British. With China knocked out also, there seems to be no chance for the Allied to achieve anything on the continent.

If we are not able to knock out the Russians than this could mean trouble but I´m confident. In any case, I expect to lose A LOT of my bombers, especially due to flak when I will bomb the enemy bases to dust. Problem will be that I will just have to keep up bombing because there will be enough engineers to repair the bases and there´s of course always the threat of US 4E bombers being based in Russia to start bombing the Home Islands. If this would happen, we would suffer some hits on our industry, but this would also mean heavy losses to the 4Es, means replacements worth a couple of months would be destroyed as I´m sure I could knock the enemy bombers out when they sit at the airfield as a lot of them would get damaged by flak in their attacks. All important bases in Japan do have enough flak guns to damage a high percentage of the enemy bombers.

I just don´t get it... I just don´t get it... [8|] Why is Swift doing this, it has become ridicoulos long ago to send those strikes every day. Wonder if he even watches the replay or looks at the combat report. Heck, is he even giving orders or is the whole map on computer control? Am I playing a PBEM where my enemy is completely on computer control??? The enemy at least took down 5 of my fighters today (the idiotic Allied only bounce helped a lot, even though the Tojos are at 30.000ft and the enemy fighters at 9.000ft...) but if this will go on we will completely empty the Australian pilot pool and that´s just BS... no unit surrenderd (of course not) but this time we only had our tanks in the attack and the enemy losses are 6 times higher than if two IJA divs attack, while ours are only a third of usual.

will attack daily now. The result is a joke though, we all know how broken WITP land combat is. Hopes are up for AE. We had 2 IJA divs attacking again today and voilá, the enemy nearly takes no losses while our losses are three times higher again as if we would only attack with tanks. Those Allied units have been cut off for months now, bombed on a daily basis and been attacked by divisions on and on. Still, not a single unit surrendered and they are fighting with sticks and stones better than we do with full suplly. Ahh and forgot, they are eating sand and they don´t need water...

looks like it was a good decision to attack daily. Today, an Australian cav division and two inf divisions surrendered. With the Allied ground losses you can see that those units didn´t have much left to surrender... but we´re making progress. I hope to have this pocket eliminated within the next two weeks. Then I hope it´s spring in Russia and my airforce will then concentrate on attacks there...

oops! Of course it is SWIFT that lost battlewaggons here earlier! [:D] The game is soooo slow (haven´t received a turn for a week now) that it is like I have NO PBEM going anymore... [:(] But I guess it´s just too late to start a new one with WITP when I guess that AE will be around the next couple of months. With half a year waiting to get it patched into a PBEM ready state this would leave 9 months for a WITP PBEM and that´s not enough I gues...
