Problem creating team in new league

Problem creating team in new league

was creating a league and after i set the rules and league name. As i try to create a team i get this message Path not found in procedure mod game Screen EDIT NEW TEAM .,CLICK F9 TO CONTINUE , I DO THAT GET SAME message as i try again. Any ideals.
