John Tiller's Campaign Series exemplifies tactical war-gaming at its finest by bringing you the entire collection of TalonSoft's award-winning campaign series. Regarding the manual, for the names on the map, you push the shift key, but the old manuals didn't tell you how to keep the names on the map. Isn't that shift and tab? I don't know if the new manual covers that.
5. Numerous platoon file adjustments based on the requests from users (huge thank to juggalo and cw58)
Manual edits were not completed. These will be saved for the 1.04 UPDATE.
My fellow Californian deserves 95% of the credit....I just checked the purdy pictures...[8D]
And speaking of manual edits....I was looking in the manual last night trying to find that magical key combination for star shells (can never remember that one[:o])....but it's not in there....
Just out of idle curiosity...why is the update function button on the main screen not functioning? I usually chech for the update....on a regular basis....however, now I am getting an error message telling me to contact matrix support....IRONICALLY...i cant even do that as my screen just hangs once i enter the support page,,,hmmmmm

Because Matrix is changing servers and what not (notice the website update/upgrade?). It won't work until they are fully operational.

I am sure that Matrix and the team want the official release done right. And, the server upgrade really puts a crimp on things? [&:]

I do agree with this post dgk196..... I have never seen a situation where so many release dates have come and gone, and where so much work has obviously been done, to still come up blank. I am enjoying my 1.02 1/2... aka 1.03 pre-release , however, the continual delays here, months going by with various release dates mentioned and then scrapped, has me curious about the future of the game here. Here, if I understood correctly ,and I may be wrong, but I believe Jason said the manual updates did not get done, while for several weeks, these being completed was the reason for delays... I very much hate sounding like one of the people I normally poke fun at, but this is bordering on the ridiculous...if there is to be no update, just say so, and I will be perfectly happy with what I have, stop teasing [:'(]

I was referencing the post 1.03 UPDATE manual edit suggestions that were found; three I believe. They were not revised.
1.04 UPDATE will have a tentative release date of 2011. If it happens earlier, a bonus for everyone.
I would expect difficulties. What I look for is whether the group will stick with it, and I'm persuaded this group will stick with it.
Thank you Jason. And I still must stress, I understand the hard work you and your people have done. I suppose my main worry is that, in many areas, these "less graphic"games have lost much steam over time, and I worry some whether Matrix is committed to keep it going, but I expect they will say they are.
Also, scheduling the next update for 2011, is actually a good idea, then if it is out in,say 2010, everyone will be buying you drinks, instead of writing posts on here asking you what is going on.
I do hate to sound complaining, I actually do understand that there is a lot of work that goes into this, and not very much monetary reward. So, keep up the good work, and just bear with our questions guys.
