Minor OOB Editor issue with 1.03

Picked up a minor problem in the OOB editor. Was playing around with some of the new units and added a value 8 leader (mot), was surprised to see them available but great for someone like Guderian. Once in my OOB, I changed the moral without any issues but I decided to change the leadership value down a bit - crash! The function to change leadership is still only 1-5, when changing a leader of higher value it casused a complet meltdown.

Not a big issue, easily worked around by physicaly changeing the unit. Something for the 1.04 list [:D]

Thanks Bart, it was a last minute addition and I didn't get a chance to fully try it out.

It should not effect any games as those units were not included in any OOB's for scenarios or campaigns.

Duly noted for 1.04 though.
