Problem with CHS 2-japanese side

Post by kokubokan25 »

Hello.

I'm now playing in may/43 and just this month my factories of N1K1-J Shinden are working in this plane.
This plane use the Advanced Nakajima Engine and this is the first time in this scen i need this type of engine.
Also, i have a factory with supplies/oil/HI, etc...making the Adv.Nakajima (or Toyoda as see in the game) with a production of 180 engines/month.

However, after two weeks!! None engine of Adv.Nakajima has been constructed yet.

¿this is a bug? PLEASE HELP.
Whitout this engine a cannot end the scen because is impossible use the Ki-84, N1K1-J, etc..the best fighters.

The problem is that some locations are not good for engine (or other) production.

You can convert another factory to the plane.

Make it a place rich in supply points and HI points.

You also might be running out of HI points.

Turn off armaments, vehicles, shipyards, other aircraft, engines. Look at your HI points - are they zero or a tiny number (1,2)?

Thanks!

Actually my HI points are: 1790, i think is a good level.
I have now three factories producing Adv.Nakajima; Kanazawa, Nagaoka and Tokyo.

All three are bad bases to produce engines?

It's strange...[&:]

Advanced nakajima engines are not available until 9/43 - you are trying to produce them too early.

BTW, N1K1-J are Georges, not Shinden. And they are not available until 8/43.

May be this is true in stock game but in CHS:
I have now just in front my eyes the game running. N1K1-J George Avail date is 43-05

You mean i can produce the George from may/43 and the engine TO THIS PLANE is not available until sept/43????
Very smart...

BTW, N1K1-J George is allied code name, Shiden is Japanese name.[;)]

Did you advance the George? In my CHS version its avail date is 8/43, too.

Yes i advance the George, but only 100 units. ¿Get the plane three months early with only 100 of research?? Awesome.

Yes, very upset. My secret police is now searching the kawanishi main designer to ask him some explanations about that issue. Nakajima engine chief is also under suspicion of treachery.
