Who's is this? (trouble tracking uni down)

Post by redwolf1 »

Found an image of a MaxFB team. It would make a nice fit for one of my leagues but I don't seem to have the zip of the uni, nor can I seem to track it done.

Was wondering if anyone knew who did this uniform and where can it be found? Is it one of yours, Don? MSO? ...?

Thanks for the help.

Yes, that is one of mine. The number font is a recolored NHL Minnesota Wild font. Let me dig it up and I'll post it on FBMax under Inferno.

My pleasure. I also uploaded the uniforms for my NCFL team, the Battalion, on FBMax as well.

If I may ask (and bump this thread very heavily), how do you get that view? I'm assuming it's before quick game, perhaps? Is it possible to see that particular view from 2.2, or is it something pieced together through an editor in a different version?

Welcome to Maximum Football giggas2. Yes your right it's before quick play. That view is from 1.x so your right can't get this view in 2.2.

Is there any way to get a similar view?

Not unless you want to downgrade to 1.0 which I don't think you want to do.

I'm new to the whole Max. Football thing, so yeah, I'll take your word for it. It's a shame, because it's really nice to be able to look at the whole uni in game without going into a game, which the camera views of the actual jerseys leave much to be desired. I know about the preview utilities, but I'd like it with all of the in-game additions.

You can look at the whole uni without even opening MaxFB with the Player Viewer which you can download here http://www.fbmax.com/utils/player.zip I hope this helps and look forward to seeing you around the forums.

Yeah, but IIRC it doesn't have any faces, facemasks, shoes, skin, or numbers, unless I'm missing something.

yes your right it doesnt

but you can add some of those in if you really must
as long as you keep the file names like SO, S1 etc

following on from my last post, if you add in the skin files to the player viewer
you end up with something like this: (except the backdrop and logo, which I added for presentation)

Hahahahahaha
Yup and its better now I spelt the logo correctly
cos this sample has a spelling error in it...............
so I'll go to the back of the class and sit in the corner, til teacher says I can go..............[:D][:D][:D]

The corrected logo & uniform is available on my website
in the fantasy section, in case you wanted it.
