sorry but 192.168.x.x is internal LAN IP, no public internet IP, no one can connect on this address from internet !!!

your ISP assign you IP address dynamically and because most providers use NAT (one IP adress asssigned to several people, their traffic is translated and routed through different channels) you have two choices...
- ask your ISP about port forwarding, butthis will cost you money and more problems can block communication anayway, i suggest another solution

- use some VPN connetion, good way for online gaming is Hamachi client, it created extra network and you connect through it..look for Hamachi on Google, you will find download site and soem help for setting things

D/L and installed the Hamachi "Basic". Which, for gaming, is all I need! Simple and easy!
