Post by Manalishi »

How do you get this going? I cant change the IP under the Host button AND IT ISNT EVEN MY IP!!!!

Cannot join any games either.....the Go button is NEVER enabled.

No firewalls are enabled.

HELP!

The IP shown is your internal network IP. That is, you must have more than one computer at home usng the same internet connection. Do not mind that, find out your external IP instead. For example
http://www.whatismyip.com

The host player just push the "Host" button.
The client player enters your IP in the empty field below the Join button and therafter push "Join"

We have a multiplayer topic here with hints for how using it in all the different modes (hence not just tcpip) http://slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3534

My buddy and I have the same problem. This thread stopped on 5/27 and we don't know whether High Krausen & Manalishi gave up or were successful. We've obtained out external IP addresses from whatismyip but we cannot enter it into the Host IP box in the TcpIP screen. The game program is automatically filling the Host IP box with our Internal IP addresses and we cannot figure out how to overwrite/change it.
