Here is a more comprehensive RS Breifing Card For scnarios. If you guys like I can incorporate these changes and roll this breif format with a mor detail format as well....basically 2 choice a scenario breif (Detailed version) and a Mission Breif (Abbreviated Version) what is depicted. I need feed back. I had over 280 hits on the sight but only a few comments as to how this needs to be portrayed. If this tool is going to help the community I need input from the community. The Net version is a working copy. You cannot download the main page and expect it all to work, on the contrary. This is reliant on all other peices to the viewer and is interlinked. The problem with passing out zip files I found out is I get hardly any feedback. All I ask is If you use this let me know that you use it and how....what you would like to see....what do you not like....what you like....etc. Feedback is an important aspect of developing anything new.

I like that  a lot esp the map at the bottom, gives it some sort of historical perspective.its a lot easier to read than just a list. However i like the EF one as it gives you info re the terrain and conditions.

Hi Marc
If you could incorporate the map conditions into the Rising Sun panel, I think you would be good to go. I can understand your feelings regarding feedback but I think most folks are genuinely blown away with this. The best thing to do is publish a "finished" version. Going by past experience, that's when everyone will tell you what's wrong with it [;)]

Hey Marc,

I can't get it to work either, figures... Sorry to bother you, I must be doing something wrong. I get the same problem as above, can't find the mentioned file.

Thanks!!

Mike
The pdf file is just front-end, don't download it, just open it in browser's window...then it should work...depending on your internet connection speed...almost smoothly on my side

barker: you should warn users that they need just open pdf file in browser [:D]

Marc,

From what I've been able to see from the zip you sent, this is just one awesome piece of work!!!! You can never have too much info in my book, so the above example is just great. Wish I knew how to do this type of thing, but we all have our contributions to the game!! Wonder why Talonsoft never thought of half the things that the gamers come up with, this is just one great tool, hands down....[&o]

Good job Marc.

I'm in total awe with your outstanding creation Barker. This creation really adds some fantastic "eye candy" to the game as well as a great strategic planning tool! First Arkady's design and now this design from Barker really shows off the great talent and expertise within the CS community. Thank you both... [&o]
Thx,
