Have you checked www.theblitz.org?  There are a number of articles regarding strategy and tactics, including the use of light tanks (specifically the BT-7).

Perhaps if you had something a little more specific.

There's a thread called "Gunfight at Flavion" where tactics are discussed at length.  You might like that thread.  I found it to be really helpful. It's currently on page 7.
