RHS Economic Utility update ONLY for 7.945 file sets

These are updated for the port, port build and airfield changes found in all of the last update for RHS. If you have not started a new game - use the previous files.

As usual, the Standard Economic Utility applies to CVO, RAO, BBO and RPO (and in earlier levels also to PPO which does not exist in Level 7).

The EOS Economic Utility applies to EOS.

The AIO Economic Utility applies to AIO and MAIO

CAIO is close to Standard.

EEO and EBO are similar to EOS.

Level 6 and 5 utilities also are available on request.
