Warship lost

I built a battleship for Italy and duly paid for it but it never appeared in the deployscreen. 200 buildpoints down the drain which is quite a lot for poor old Italy!

Were you trying to deploy it from the main screen or the fleet screen where you deploy the ships from?

I went to the deployunit screen and it was not there so I could not deploy on the main screen nor the fleet screen.

What he meant was that you deploy ships from within the fleet screen. There are three buttons on that screen at the lower right. One of them is Deploy New Ships. If you hit the Deploy New Units button on the main screen you will not see your new ships.
