Tutorial - Am I MIssing Something?

I ended up giving myself a birthday present and bit the bullet, since this seems to come closes to the Holy Grail - a turn-based HoI. Downloaded and went right for the 1939 tutorial - which, as near as I can see, is not a tutorial at all, but a short scenario.

No instructions or hints on what to do. I clicked around a bit, but had no idea what I was doing. I then checked the manuals folder, thinking there was a printable tutorial as in some of the other Matrix titles, and found nothing.

Guys, a tutorial is supposed to provide a step-by-step walkthough on the interface, at the very least. If you're not going to provide one out of the gate, like in EiA, fine. But don't call a scenario a tutorial when it still requires reading the manual cover to cover first.

Unless it's me. I turn 56 this week, so I'm old, have bad eyes, and I'm grumpy.

The game isn't exactly rocket science.  The best way to learn is to play it.
