Disc 2 Won't Install

After disc 1 is fully installed, I am prompted to insert disc 2, which results in the following error message:

Setup can not open the following archive file:

D:\forgeoffreedom-setuprelease-v123cd.exe

I tried compressing the file from disc 2 onto the desktop, but Winzip does not recognize it as a valid archive file.

Any thoughts on this problem? Bad disc? Program incompatible with Vista?

I would post my DirectX dialog file if I could find the link for posting attachments.

That does sound like a bad CD, unfortunately. We can send a replacement, but please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com so that we can get that started. Did you also order the download option? If so, you can download that installer to get the game installed while we replace the physical CD.

In a matter of a few days, I received a full replacement of the game, which installed seamlessly. I am looking forward to playing the game this weekend!
