running in windows mode

the update patch says the game will now run in a window mode, which I assume means it can be minimized. How to you add a -w in the command line?

Create a shortcut of the UncommonValor.exe on your desktop (or wherever else you wish to have it) right klick on the shortcut and hit options. In the "target" field you ad outside the quotes:

[SPACE]-w

where [SPACE] is no text but a single hit on the space bar

here´s an example:


"C:\Program Files\Matrix Games\Uncommon Valor\uncommonvalor.exe" -w


Note that the windowed mode is a. unsupported and b. only works in 1024x786 with 16bit colors.

hmmm...didn't work...only the first menu screen was in a window, the rest of the game took the whole screen
