I prefer that it not really like a formerly living creature. I don't want to see eyes, limbs, claws, scales, shells and even sometimes no bones.

I guess you wouldn't have liked my date for the Senior Prom, then.
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.

Fishing lost it's appeal to me when I turned 14 and discovered girls are more interesting than fishing. [;)]
Same here, but now that I'm almost 60, the process seems to be slowly reversing itself.
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.

Hey it's Deja Vu. [:'(]
Or, as Yogi put it, deja vu all over again.
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.

WHile I do like my dates to have eyes, bones and limbs, I can readily do without the rest.[;)]

That's very interesting. Not sure I'd really like to try eel though.

My mother-in-law says that you need to keep them alive until you are ready to eat them. She's spent her entire life on the coast so I'll just do what she says. No one got sick so I guess she was right.

I've had eel on numerous occasions in sushi bars. It's quite tasty, though it does have a strong flavor.

It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?

As I get older I get less picky...eyes, limbs and bones are a good start. [:D]

However, if she were a sugar-mama I might negotiate. [:'(]

I am trying to re-download my copy of WPO and I keep getting this message from digital river:
Message 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 20009SC01

I tried everything my small brain can think of to enable, disable or delte cookies and still get that message.
anyone know a cure?

It is a mystery, considering how often problems are reported with them.
