Is it possible to create a starting 1920 or 1933 scenario in AWD?

Can you explain me which are the files to modify? Modifying principles?

sort of possible. you can try, but there might be some issues.

learning to mod the files is something best left to experimentation. It is harder for someone to describe it than it is for you to start looking at the text files, tweaking things, and seeing what happens. Give it a try!
