Not sure how worldwide these things are, but you see them all the time in front of automobile dealerships. Big inflatable animals. And they can cost in the thousands of dollars to own. Mine will be free [8D]
They may not show up in every stadium, they are mainly for the open ended stadiums.

I've been wanting to make some things to fill the open ended stadiums, so figured i would start with Dr Zaius.

Its basically just an image on a single plane....so you could replace the image with anything you want.
