Another post that offers nothing to the overall community.  My only question to you would be - what exactly are you doing with the simulation that you expect this patch to solve for you?

Again do something - there are plenty of participating members of this forum working on projects and really at this point you're irrelevent to the argument.  I have to admit I have no idea what you're waiting for but there's a good chance someone in the community has something that does what you're looking for.  This "demand" answers point of view quite simply has little impact when it comes from someone who contributes close to nothing positive to the community.

I'll 2nd that,

I find it totally bewildering as to why your even here elmerlee
you contribute nothing and seem to hate this game and the community alike

So why do you keep coming back ? very puzzling.

We're away at GenCon until the 19th, so the earliest the update would be available is after we return. Realistically, I'd say by the end of August.

On July 29 Eric posted this:
"We've got the final update from David, should be another week or two of testing before release."

Never the less thanks for letting us know Eric. My guess would be the fault is with
David Winter. Who by the way has STILL not been heard from. Does anyone EVER hear from
home anymore. If you do please speak-up.

And please you fan boys save your breath. This game is as good as its ever going to be
so why is Winter not big enough to admit it and we can go on our way. Maybe because
the hope is to sell another couple games.

My guess is you don't know what you're talking about. If you want to go on your way then feel free. No one here is going to miss you.

Elmerlee,

I've been quiet long enough.  Just please go your seperate way, like you've said, from this forum & game and find a new home.  In '06 we had this guy on here, like you, that constantly complained about the game and made negative comments.  It added no productivity to the game or the players, thus there was no need for it.  We were all very happy when he left, and I've had a bad day and could use a little happiness.  (Just kidding!)

There are plenty of options out there:

Just a few options to get you started, because I also look for the newest games to play too!

You know what guys, elmerlee isn't listening to you, I don't know why you bother. Do what I did a long time ago. Find the little green button beside the "buddy" button at the bottom of one of his posts. Click on it. It will turn red, and his messages will be blocked so you don't have to read his whining.

Just my opinion...

MjH that is the best idea I've heard all day and I don't doubt that others have done so and that's partially why his nonsense doesn't get answered.  I've done that and I appreciate your advice there, wasn't sure how to add an ignore!

If you mean the next 2.2 upddate then maybe a few minor updates, but mainly bug glitch fixes. I can't really go in to detail becuase of my NDA. If you mean 2.5 then you should look at the link below. This is what David said will be in 2.5.

Any word on a new patch? I find the double count of touchdown passes and yardage particularly annoying. Thanks Mark. Go Riders!

I had heard about this and noticed it in my game last night. The rushing yardage was being counted twice. One RB had 265 yards on 9 rushes in the first quarter or so. But, I know he did not rush for that much yardage. I know you mentioned the touchdown passes, but is this also happening with passing yardage? If so, has anyone noticed if it's also skewing the player stats?

This has been fixed. The build the testers have is free of that issue.

[:)] Thats great news Gary. Any idea when it will be released as a patch. I have one season ready and another almost ready to go but want the stat issue fixed up before I start.

Yeah, it screws up the stats. It's the reason my GFF is on hiatus and driven me to do the NFLE uniforms which led me to creating a new WLAF solo league with 8 teams North American and 8 teams European.
