RBG no function

Everything else is working (Random campaign Gen, Design & editing tools etc) but not the RBG. Its the one I want working more than the others coz my main mode of playing is PBEM.

I read some earlier posts with Stridor giving his responses to others with RBG/RCG but didnt make a lot of sense as I'm pretty computer illiterate. Can anybody help or will my PC illiteracy doom me to never experience PCK Random battles?? [&:]

In my system RGB work perfectly. Which kind of error gives to you? Can you launch the program?

Could you please give more details in what is happening (or not). Strange that everything else works except RBG? Stranger still that the Random Campaign Generator works as that in effect calls the RBG to function! I am sure it will be some minor issue if the rest run ok.

Thanks for your replies.  When I try to launch the RBG I get a pop-up with the URL, code etc.   My problem is I'm in Korea so I cant translate what it
says! (I know a bit of Korean but not the more technical stuff).
 
Today when I tried to start the RBG again the Campaign Editor launched instead.  
 
The game itself starts up fine.  Just not this darn RBG.
