Help with Battle file loop

I'm caught in a turn as France where we have just finished a battle at Amsterdam against the Prussians. The battle lasted to the 2nd day, my corps withdrew at the end of the 1st day but was killed in the pursuit. The last battle file looked fine, showing the pursuit results and 0 forces in the Holland corps but when I press "done" the game says it's waiting for a Prussian battle file to finish the battle. There is no battle file for me to send them in the battle folder and really the battle is done. The game won't let me move on to the next battle and I have no way to end the Amsterdam fight? Any ideas what to do?

What game version are you running?
If you could email me (marshalle@matrixgames.com) the saved game files I can take a look.
1.03 should fix this problem.

I think its on 1.02, as far as i understood he did try patch up to latest 1.03 patch but without helping the problem.
