H- I would like to send you a game- 61 start with all the normal settings- FOW, historic ratings, etc- I would like to use CSC,  and also- need to discuss a house rule regarding Kentucky Invasion. I posted this on forum as "CW Blitzkreig"- its pretty simple and sets the historic stage for the entire western theater pretty well.
   Without this house rule the Union can make things much too historically unreal too early. The 2x3 guys are going to do a major rule change here- but have said with the staff all currently heavily engaged in a Russian Front game coming out next- that they are putting off major rules changes until winter- bugs patches they will still do- but this is a major reprograming effort needed.
     In any case if we can agree on a Kentuck y Invasion rule then yes indeed- let us go to war.
