Ok, ive posted on the Support Forum but so far ive had no help, ive purchased this game and D/Loaded this and ive since reformatted my machine latter on. Now i would like to get the game again but seem unable to download it without paying for it again. Ive gone to http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk/iss ... sp?ID=1030 and followed this and it brings up Empire in arms which also purchased but not GOA. Im not going to buy it again so is there any thing here i can do.

Hi Titan. That must be very frustrating for you. I know you have tried via the faq link to dl already, did you try both methods?
Order Number & Password or Email address & CC Number via Findmyorder?

From what I've seen at the Matrix Games store, you only get 30 days to download the game unless you pay extra.

I highly suggest that anyone purchasing software via download back it up by burning a copy to a CD or copying it to another harddrive.

I really don't know anything about how that works. Erik or someone would have to answer this.
