Bug Report: TC gets Cmd reduction for winning.

Hi,

Occasionally, I've noticed that a TC will get a Cmd reduction when a friendly AC *wins* a battle. Save game available upon request.

Sorry for the false alarm on this one. Apparently, a failed amphibious invasion, by a Corps, from a couple of turns previous had dinged the Cmd rating of the TC. I didn't notice it on the turn after, but did the second turn after, where I falsely attributed it to the win.
