Surrendered AH

What happens when a major power surrenders? Russia has knocked AH out of the war - Germany went West - and there are a ton of Russian and German troops inside AH.

Do they continue to fight inside the borders of the surrendered state?
If so can I conquer resource points in the non-annexed areas?
Can the "control" of surrendered nation outside the annexed area change?
Do the Germans still get strategic movement within AH?
