I see that you've taken out the German Para Division. (7th Flieger Div?) It wasn't used in the historical campaign but was available. Maybe you could have an Event where the German player is offered the unit but with a penalty? This is an idea I borrowed from a classic boardgame. (GRD)

Whats the decision on para units anyway? Have you decided if they still keep their full movement allowance after landing?

to be honest, our coders, didn't go so far to this point

Regarding 7. Flieger Division - I've read on axishistory.com: "[font="arial"]Elements of the division took part in the fighting in Poland though only as motorized infantry in the middle of September 1939." Because of that 7. Flieger Division isn't included in this OoB.
Maybe your way is better? It could be an event.
