Would also suggest Mississippi 1st Turn Rule and Gulf Squadron/no gulf amphip til Oct 61 / rule - otherwise the South will loose the Mississippi 1st Turn 2/3s of the time. Check the old posts I believe it was posted as Mississippi Mud- Also Iron Warriors no Neutral Overrun without Initiative run is more historic.
