A utility tracker for keeping track of gathered intel would be useful.
Bodhi may be working on one now as we speak.
As it stands, it's the same now for AE as in WITP.
A pad of paper and a pencil.

So this means data appears only when a plane recons a place and then next turn it isn't there anymore? So how the recon is feed as a bonus to the attacking force? Does it need to take a recon plane everytime it attacks to get it?

Information on the base degrades daily.
Coastwatchers might give daily info.

It's all about detection level.
Quality and skill of reconning units also applies.

FOW has been greatly improved on.[;)]
