Hex-based and Turn-based, it allows you to choose any combination of Axis, Allied, Neutral, Major or Minor countries to play and gives you full control over production, diplomacy, land, air and naval strategy. Start your campaign in 1939, 1940 or 1941 and see if you can better the results of your historical counterparts. A series of historical events and choices add flavor and strategic options for great replayability.

Vichy France

Post by James Ward »

I think Vichy France is to easy to get into the war on the Allies side due to the low Diplomatic cost to coup and pressure. It seems pretty odd to be able to land 5 Allied corps per turn in France through a friendly port in 1942.
They should need 70-80 DP's to pressure or coup as this can really unbalance the game.

We'll have a look at this in next patch. Thanks for input.

Also could you have the AI defend Marselle? Too easy for an allied invasion of S. France in late 42 and if it is still Vichy then Axis can't garrison, so all allies need to do is not declare war on Vichy until they are ready to invade and take an undefended port.

Good point. We'll add a Vichy garrison there through the event.
