Allied Opponent for first try as IJN - closed

Looking for an Allied opponent for a stock, 2-day turn, historical first turn game.

This is my first try as the IJN, and have good command of the game mechanics, but limited experience past 42.

Prefer some basic house rules to keep some of the recognized exploits in the mechanics from dominating the game:
ASW TF size limit to 6
PT TF size limit to 6 and one per hex
no 4E below 15,000
Airbase stacking limit of 200 aircraft
