Serial Number

I recently had a huge computer problem and have had to get a new computer. When I try installing MaxFB it will not take my serial number and asks me to e-mail someone at matrix games. I have sent that e-mail over a week ago and have had no reply. Can anyone help me?

Log into Matrix games.  I think you can get it there.

I have tried logging in at the members page and it doesn't seem to help.  I may be missing something but I have the number.  The problem is when I try and play the game I am told the number is invalid.

Under the members section, go to My Games and the number is there.  I think you have to enter it with the dashes.

When you do get your serial number, copy it and save it to a .txt file, so you can copy and paste it when needed (and not worry about typoes).  That's what I have done.
