Extra Supplies Option Question

Was the extra supplies option left out on purpose? Will it be included in the first patch?
It is shown in the manual, but missing from the main game options screen.

I need as much help as I can get playing against these AI's. [:D]

Which paragraph in the manual?

On page 16, it lists the scenario options. Like in Battlefront, you could set it to;
 
Normal Supplies, Supplies +25%, or Supplies +50%.
 
Now that I'm noticing it, though, it's funny because on page 15, the screen shot itself doesn't include the option.
 
It is listed with the options on page 16, though.

Yes it looks like the option was removed from the game during development, but the option description was left in the manual.

I guess I'll just have to own up and play on normal difficulty! All those extra options makes you feel like you're cheating anyway!  [:D]
 
Maybe this way, I'll get good enough to play pbem, eventually.

Sorry, we dropped the supply level concept when we simplified the supply system, but I obviously missed that in the manual. Thanks for heads up.
