1.04.04 Beta Crash

I've got a bug the latest beta during the diplomacy phase - saved files attached. Program locks up during Spain's diplomacy phase. (I don't think Britain's phase has anything to do with it)

One question: is this problem resolved?
I have to decide if to apply that patch or not and I wouldn't like any crash.

Yes, it is in the new BETA 1.04.05 which is complete and will be posted shortly.
