Luxembourg Oddity

Really minor thing, playing as the CP's. German does the DoW on Belgium and Lux. France counterattacks into Lux. The Germans surround and isolate the French in Lux. Those French units sit there for 18 months during which Lux surrenders to France. Then France falls and surrenders to Germany. Lux is "recreated" as a country and now the Germans can not DoW it.
