Short answer...
All mining ability will be affected by production output of these devices.
Of course. I knew that! When you guys talked about mines, I thought naval mines and never considered aerial mines. Thanks!

Someone want to explain this new production system?

I need to semi retract part of my post concerning aerial mining.
Just want to give you players the facts.
As is stands now, naval mining is dependent on production.
Aerial mines will be added to this later, or a similar solution.
So, unfortunately for now.
The aerial mining will remain the same as in WITP.
I apologize for giving out incorrect data.
Let me be clear though.
Because of your concerns over this mission's issues, it IS going to be addressed.
It just might not make the initial release.
These kind of additions are being added to post release projects.
Keep your continuing input coming.
Legitimate and civil requests will not be ignored.[;)]

If your going make mines part of production, then give the player control over how many to build, otherwise your forcing the Japanese player to waste production & resources on something the player may or may not use! Not everyone uses mines and some use them more than others.

The next thing to do, I guess, is to research how many mines were produced.
If I ever did as much homework for school as I have done for this game I would've had a 4.0 GPA, a college degree and be a doctor or a CEO making a lot more money than I do......
But I like the idea of making $26/hr and spending half my time at work playing on my laptop! I'm glad I didn't do any homework in school!
