Units renaming

Will it be possible to rename Units at a certain date? for example when TOE changes.

Nope, but you are allowed to name your TFs.

Nope, but you are allowed to name your TFs.

This is not completely true - it is possible to give units a 'rename date' via the editor. And many units already change their name or designation during the game in the AE.

I was of course referring to in game. The editor is something I didnt even consider. Only makes sense to me that the editor would allow you to change names.
