I'm in early '42 of my first PBEM game and just discovered the future fate of my best pilots. Can a voluntary cap prevent this? Or should I stop hoarding my carrier pilots now?

My opponent and I agreed to a voluntary cap. It's 3/15/44, no bug yet. I had a thread on this recently. It's not a great solution, and problematic in some ways, but the lesser of two evils IMHO.
