Playtestig Campaigns and Scenerioes

Post by RUsco »

An open note to all members of the SPWAW forum.

The last week or so I was fortunate enough to be chosen to playtest Wild Bill's new campaign "Utah to the Rhine". What fun.

I encourage all to help in this testing of all campaign's and scenerioe's. I have learned more about playing SP during this time than in the last 4 years, and it helps to put out a superior product.

Thanks Wild Bill

My pleasure, William. I am the one to say thanks to you and the other five gamers who have worked very hard on this project.

You've shown a determined expertise that is admirable.

I'm greatful to you and the other guys who are in on this.

And yes, it is a great learning experience. Nothing like "hands-on" training.

It'll be the best campaign experience available to date.

Tomo is another of my hardcore campaign testers and doing a fine job of it, may I add.

I'm thrilled with the way these guys are working their way through this one and I think the improvements they have suggested will indeed give you a most enjoyable combat SPWAW experience in campaigns.

Hi Mr. Wild Bill :

Is it too late to join the testing for this campaign ?

Just saw the post by RUsco saying this is a wonderful campaign. I can not resist my desire to have a look at it. Image

What is your time frame for the campaign's testing plus upload D/L ? If even a testing report for only part of the campaign is acceptable by you, please send it to me at wtunte@yahoo.com. It will be a pleasure for me to test your artwork.

Thanks
Steve Wang

Well, Steve, we are more than half-way there now. In fact, William finished today and was promoted from Colonel to General. He got his star.

Testing campaigns can be frustrating and time consuming. It is not for the faint-hearted. I'm not saying you are, of course, but just warning you.

With all the suggestions and criticisms from the testers, it looks like it will be a good one.

I'll be writing you personally. Thanks for asking, my friend.
