Mexico setup AI

Mexico Forces
2-4 CAV, 4-3 INF, 5-4 MOT 1940, 6-5 MEC 1943, RES 3-2 MIL, RES 2-3 MIL, 1 Naval unit, 1 FTR2 1942

Mexico has three basic setups:

* Capital defence: Is just as the name suggests a setup where the Mexican
land unit is setup to defend Mexico City.

* Ship to Europe defence: When no immediate threat exists and Mexican forces could be of use elsewhere this defence is used to ship Mexican forces to Europe as ASAP.

* Ship to Asia defence: When no immediate threat exists and Mexican forces could be of use elsewhere this defence is used to ship Mexican forces to Asia as ASAP.

Mexico has six extreme setups:

* Ship to Europe and Asia defence: When no immediate threat exists and Mexican forces could be of use elsewhere this defence is used to ship Mexican forces to Europe and Asia as ASAP.

* Eastern Invasion defence: the Mexican land units are setup to defend the ports on the east cost to make it more difficult for the attacker to find an undefended port close to the capital.

* Western Invasion defence: the Mexican land units are setup to defend the ports on the west cost to make it more difficult for the attacker to find an undefended port close to the capital.

* North Border defence: Is just as the name suggests a setup where the Mexico land forces as set a blocking force against advance of land units, slowly retreating back to the capital if necessary.

* South Border defence: Is just as the name suggests a setup where the Mexico land forces as set a blocking force against advance of land units, slowly retreating back to the capital if necessary.

* Marauder defence: Is just as the name suggests a setup where the one of the Mexico unit is set up to raise mayhem before Mexico is beaten. The List of targets is: Guatemala and Honduras.

Declaration of war
Given a Western allies declaration of war and JP/GE control of Mexico OR a GE/IT/JP declaration of war with and US/CW control of Mexico the suggested reasoning for the AI could be as below.

Threats to guard against:
* Threat of paradrop on/close to Mexico City
* Threat of invasion close to Mexico City from Gulf of Mexico
* Threat of invasion close to Mexico City from Caribbean Sea
* Threat of enemy land units entering Mexico from the North
* Threat of enemy land units entering Mexico from Guatemala
* Threat of enemy land units entering Mexico from British Honduras
* Threat of having the land unit disrupted

Good hopes:
* Chance of intervention from controlling power
* Chance to try to conquer Guatemala/British Honduras
