Uniform request for trade

I noticed some Div. II teams lately, but none that I'm interested in (yet). I was wondering if sone of our great uniform makers would like to broker a deal for some uniforms - namely the PSAC conference schools (for starters [:)]) - in exchange for my services.

I don't like getting free stuff...but what I feel I can offer is a customized playbook (and profile if you would like) in exchange. All I would need is a basic idea of what you want (philosophy, formations, real life examples of NCAA or NFL teams, etc.), and I can do it.

If I get multiple offers, I have a preferred list of conferences for 2nd, third, fourth, etc....

Although I haven't made any 8-man or Canadian playbooks, I would certainly be more than open to making them. My exact knowledge of those sports rules aren't complete, but the fundimentals of play design are the same in all forms of football for the most part (running in 8 man leagues is different dor a few reasons).

I can happily announce my new pc has arrived and is working
and I managed to recover around 95% of my old material from my broken hard drive
which includes all my uniform templates and textures

I'd be more than happy to do a trade off for some much needed Canadian playbooks
with doing graphics I rarely get the time to even start on playbooks.

Let me know exactly what you want ie: school names etc and I'll see what I can do for ya'
I'll need a day or 2 to get all my graphics software onto this pc (its like a new baby)
but I'll be up and running real soon [:D]

I`D give it a shot . But looks like either i got some virus on my comp , or my hard drive going to hell . So for next few days going to be backing up all my stuff . Maybe reboot see if thats prob.So if i get things fixed i can try also , maybe ,

No rush, as the one thing I can't promise is a speedy turnaround.  The link in my first post has the link to the conference I want the most.  They have links to all the teams there, and hopefully you can find enough pictures to get an idea.  I would think that the hardest thing would be getting team logos that are the right size, and maybe the IUP helmet lettering - but I've never made a uniform on here.
 
DonMVP, if you want to give it a shot when you are ready, let me know.  There are plenty more conferences [:)]
 
Back to work...putting in a freaking 16 hour day in the lab out of necessity.  Too bad I see several more of these in the somewhat near future.

I'll have to check with simmer first
not that I need permission but I agreed with simmer to host his NCAA uniforms and deleted mine from my website
Kinda like a hand shake, so I'll have to honour that first

If simmer isnt doing them (or dont mind) then I'll do them.

EDIT - Simmer's not doing the PSAC, so you can count on getting the uniforms from me
already started with searching for logo's - no problem yet there
the problem seems to be getting good photo's of the uniform itself but I'll work through it.

Well given playbooks isnt my strong point
I'd rather leave the creation upto you

I know you said Canadian playbooks arnt your strong point but I still think you would do a better job than me

the only suggestion I would have is -

any canadian playbook would have to be pass heavy (IMO)
and Field Goal situations are a little higher with the Goal posts being 10 yards nearer
and single points awarded for missed un-returned field goals in the endzone

What are the rules for motion?  I think there is unlimited motion, but not sure.  Also, what is the game clock set at?

Hopefully my lack of knowledge of the Canadian game will make for a unique book that will make frustrate your opponents.

Yep your right, motion is unlimited
and play clock is 20 not the usual 40

Sorry guys hav`nt been able to do any uniforms . My comp was down for last week and was acting up for a good week before . H ad to get it fixed which was`nt cheep , was really debating on chucking it getting a vista spent enought to just buy the comp it self . Any way in process restoring all my stuff on my old one . Plus in the next few weeks got to pick up and move , so doubt i can do any designing for a bit . I think moving got to be one of worst things a person has to do . Just hope we can find a nice place , not to expensive , ouch.
