I have just ordered this game

I have just ordered this game, payment has come off my credit card yet I have no email with an order number, nor can I locate any "order history".

This is the third game I have purchased from Matrix and the second to have a problem. The same problem in fact. last time I re ordered as the first order never appeared only to then be charged twice and it took 3 or 4 dyas to be fixed.

Can someone at Matrix or Digital River assist please?

Please use our Help Desk in the Support section to tell us as much of your order/personal info as you can, then we can look up your order and find out why you did not receive the e-mail. Did you see the final order screen with the order info and download link (assuming you ordered a download version)?

Thanks. I have sent an email but I am not even sure that is working. I get the attached message after hitting send.

Just for the record, here is the text of the email.

I purchased the game early after noon my time and I received no email, did not go to a downlaod screen and was unable to locate my order. However the money was certainly taken from my account.

About 8 hours after purchasing the game I do receive the order email, I now have my order number and an invoice.

I try to find my order so I can start the download and get the following message.

"Message 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 20009SC01"

So I change my browser setting to allow cookies, delete all cookies and still keep getting the same message.

I had a similar problem last time, what I did was thinking the order was stuffed up was order again. Not a problem, only I was charged twice.
